Terms and conditions

This promotion is open to members who have successfully activated the bonus offer within their Cashrewards account ("Eligible Entrants"). To qualify for the 10% bonus cashback (capped at $10), Eligible Entrants must shop online at Chemist Warehouse using a Cashrewards platform between 23 May 2025 12am AEST and 25 May 2025 11:59pm AEST on a single eligible transaction ("Qualifying Purchase"). A Qualifying Purchase excludes the purchase of ineligible items as set out in the Chemist Warehouse special terms or items with a 0% cashback rate at the time of purchase. Where an Eligible Entrant makes a Qualifying Purchase, they will receive the bonus cashback in addition to the advertised store cashback rate that applies to the Qualifying Purchase.

Bonus cashback is calculated on the value of the Qualifying Purchase, exclusive of GST, delivery and other fees. Eligible Entrants may track the progress of the bonus at any time on the 'For You' page in the Cashrewards website or app. Bonus will only appear under 'My Rewards', and be paid into the Eligible Entrant's Cashrewards account, after the associated Qualifying Purchase is approved by the store.Cashrewards Terms of Use apply to the use of the Cashrewards platform and any associated purchase. Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account. Additional purchases do not qualify for additional bonuses. Fraudulent or other activity in violation of the will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

  Thanks OP. That would have been great especially since the cashback rate is only 0.7%.
  Unfortunately though I have not been targeted just when I am planning in putting in an order today. :-(

    Same here, only standard amount tracked. The terms are not 100% clear on when the bonus would show up, maybe only when cashback is confirmed. "For You' page shows "Pending Approval"

  My purchase has been tracked, but only the standard cashback rate was applied.

  The thing is, the standard rate should apply to the full purchase amount, that is, the amount the cashback is calculated from.

  I spent $83, so at 10% cashback, I should get $8.30. But the tracked purchase amount shows around $74 instead of $83.

  Maybe the correct cashback amount will show up later?

    Not sure if this is the case with you but I believe the cashback is calculated on the amount spent LESS the GST. Might be the reason?

  Activated the offer and spent over $100 but purchase not tracked. Lodged the claim but only got standard cash back, no 10% bonus. What a joke!
