That’s a lot of blue tape

Instead of painting the house, cover the whole house in blue tape

      I could use 90 metres. Wait …

I read scotch… but then read some more, and realized I’m not interested

a bit cheaper here, just under $78 for 30 rolls https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/126794445020

Even better, the unit pricing bottoms out at 20 rolls instead of 30

    • damn only 2 left

Those ai generated images are horrible

    • Agreed, yuk!

    • Half the images showing the product being used don't even make sense. And the dude is holding the tape sticky side up 😂

Assuming these are old stock, you can ‘refresh’ old rolls of tape by microwaving them for ten or so seconds.

It softens and ‘resets’ the adhesive on the edges that cause tears.

    • Good tip. Just don't set it for 1:10. Damn hard to scrape off the carousel.

Just tape over it if you do!

    • @DIYcharcat are these old stock?

  • I don't get it, is it 3M long or 41.1M?

    original 3D print bed treatment.
PLA sticks really nicely to this. Now we have heated bed, is not needed any more for that

Theres a good chance this is out of date tape. I bought some recently of this brand from ebay, nice and cheap.
It leaves residue and it goes kind of hard and brittle if left on overnight. It shouldn't!
    Its ok if removed immediately

  • might be useful to temporarily wrap your car blue

  • Finally I can save on babysitting fees

  • Lots of horrible reviews on Bunnings mentioning the tape stripping paint/wallpaper off, anyone had these problems and any better alternative you could suggest?
