New 365 Day Plan Suggestion after Boost 365 Days Plan Expire

HI Peeps,

Last year, i switched onto Boost 365days year long plan for $180. Its is expiring soon. Nothing too interesting in recharges for Boost. Any suggestions , where do I move to for good deal for 365days plan. They have interesting offers in New Activations only. My only requirement is - No Vodafone infrastructure and an esim plan only.

Check out One Pass Mobile (formerly Catch Connect). They have some good value 365 day deals. It's Optus, though.

I moved both of my kids onto One Pass after their Boost plans expired. Will look at switching back to Boost next time.

    • Thanks. lemme check it out

    • Even better now that Vodafone and Optus have agreed to combine thier coverage in regional areas.
I wouldnt be looking at changing back to Telstra/Boost any time soon

Purchase a cheap 5$/10$ sim, swap out, then port back in to the Boost 365 Day plan

Been doing this for many, many years

    • Any cooling period ? or is it just a day after that?

      • To maximise money savings, you should use the new service for the next 28 days and port back to Boost. :)

      • I port out & back in 5mins later, never had an issue.

    Coles mobile - $149
    No e-sim though

  • Boost has a $55 cashback with Cashrewards atm.
Just need to port out to some cheap provider and back in.

  • What's the cheapest Boost 365 day plan for new activations? I can only see $300 on their website. Even with $55 cashback, it is expensive.

The cheapest I can find at the moment is $139 with Kogan Mobile.

    Anyone find better?

$230 with lucky mobiles. There was a deal today in the forum.

      • That's great. Anything cheaper than Kogan at the moment though at $139?

        • Woolies mobile at half price. I wouldnt go with Kogan. Vodafone network. I hate that network.

        • I found that Amaysim has an unlisted $119, 365 day 60GB plan - ie it is not reachable through their main website unless you find out through Google. Here is the link:

          https://www.amaysim.com.au/sim-plans/12-month-sim-plans/119-…

          • @d123: So how do we sign up to this plan? Has anyone had any luck doing so?

  • Kogan has a sale on theirs at the mo.

  • From tomorrow's Coles dogalogue, Optus $350 Prepaid SIM starter kit is $199. Looks like 300GB of data for 365 days, have to check on eSIM compatibiity

    • Cant see in the Coles website. Any TnC

  • Vodafone has a FALSE $99 140GB 12 month plan!

    https://www.vodafone.com.au/deals?showSections=EOFY

When the link is clicked it says 6 months… how do we report them?

  • I'm looking for the same reason: Boost is gouging. Last year, 12mth was about 11GBpm/$16pm. Now it's up to $25pm. I don't need more data— I don't use up what I already had AND it doesn't rollover, which is BS. I've mainly stayed with Boost for coverage and the free international calls (I have family/friends in the US).

Does anyone else provide this, or am I stuck?

    :(
