Cheapest All Worming and Heart Worm Tablets/Chews

Hi fellow OzB'ers,

I’d love to hear your thoughts on which brands you use and the most cost-effective ways to worm your dogs, ensuring they're protected from all the nasties. I usually go for the Purina All Wormer and Heartwormer chews for my greyhound (30kg), but I know those chews and tabs can get pretty expensive. So, I’m looking for tips on how to reduce costs while still keeping my dog safe.

Any recommendations, ideas, or methods would be greatly appreciated!

    reduce costs

Not let them get worms would be a start.

    • Wonder where the negs came from? /s

If it's a GH rescue ask the rescue mob for a recommendation

  • I've wondered the same thing. I buy it online for my Mum. Her vet recommended Advocate. At the Vet they charge an extra $30- $40. Even Petstock and Pet Barn are $30+ compared to online prices. Last few times Amazon subscription price for $48 for 3 doses.

  • I use Simparica TRIO for my dog and have found Pet Circle to be the cheapest lately.

They have a 6 pack of Simparica TRIO Blue for Medium Dogs, buy one get one free, deal at the moment. Failing that, there is a double 6 pack for $175.99 but you can get $20 off your first purchase of $100+ if you use the coupon code NEWBESTIE20 (expiring in 12 days from posting this).
