From my experience no special shampoo is needed for dandruff. Instead rapid drying immediately afterwards reduces the prolonged period of moisture that the yeast loves to thrive. Ironically the manufacturer of head and shoulders recommend to not dry hair afterwards. But hey, they are in the business of selling this.
Tried OC Naturals as it is mentioned a lot in OzB, but felt it only worked best if you used it every day. Selsun Blue is now my go to.. does a great job at keeping Dandruff at bay even when using it only twice a week.. Not on special atm, but at an everyday low price of $6.50 at Woolies still better than the over-marketed H&S rubbish!
Since when was shampoo $26 regular price??? that feels like bullshit to me
I shared the half-price deal information. I'm not the one who set the prices. So I don't know when $26 became the norm.

What a time to be alive. A bottle of supermarket grade shampoo 'retails' for $26. Tell me again how the supermarkets aren't abusing their market power? Or large multinationals create 'scale of efficiencies'.
PS. OC Naturals Anti Dandruff 2-In-1 400ml currently $1.85 at WW works for me and is made in Australia (I believe the head and shoulders is made in Thailand)
