You can probably redeem when you scan the item and your EDR card. Mine has disappeared too but still got the free perk last night.
Glad I didn't dream that this was my perk! Was gone from the app earlier today, but I just checked again and now it's been replaced by the rice.
Try scanning both and if you're lucky, you may get both for free 😀
Can complain, nothing again. I'll check in with a work colleague, gets something across multiple accounts. The theory is its based on your local assigned store and there is a quota.
Yeah I don't get anything anymore. Someone above says their items appear after using the 10% monthly discount.
I was also getting extra points for insurance etc for a few months. Since April, the freebies seem to be back for some.
