Refer a friend to join Origin – share in $100 bill credit

For each friend whose home energy you bring, you get $50 (incl GST) bill credit, they get $50 (incl GST) bill credit.

Refer a friend’s business and you’ll both share $400 (incl GST) bill credit – $200 for you both.

Only available to new or moving customers who sign up using the code. The new customer’s supply address must not be in an embedded network. You’ll both get the credit after your friend pays their first bill. Your friend cannot have received a credit from Origin in the previous 12 months. Not redeemable for cash.

All amounts include GST. One credit per address.

  $100 bill credit

  I recently left origin after I calculated that my previous electricty and gas bill was $170 more than the cheapest providers.

  I've had trouble getting paid origin promos without lots of chasing but other people might have had a better experience.

  Wow, checking them here on the Central coast - Based on my last 12 months usage, They'd be $850 a year cheaper than my current AGL
  Even better though….I'm just about to add a large battery,

  If I stick to AGL and time shift all my energy, then at 27.071c per kWh for off peak - I'd save $950
  if I switch to Origin at 17.842c per kWh for off peak, I'd save nearly $2k!
  (i.e. fully charge the battery for free from the sun, and top-up at off peak rates, then using only my battery for peak/shoulder times)
