Word of advice unless youre living meal to meal id highly suggest you not broden up, there's a reason these are not flying off the shelves as more and more young people are diagnosed with NAFLD. Took me over a year of clean diet to bring myself back to normal as a previous instant ramen connoisseur . The medical cost and clean food far outweighted any savings i had with these.

  Thank u for the warning about NAFLD, Balls 😔 that shit sound like poverty tax supreme. It sucks being poor and having to eat the cheapest stuff available that also basically kills you while keeping hunger at bay for a couple hours. Aint no way to live.

  How certain are you that the instant noodles contributed to NAFLD?

  Do you think the noodles cause NAFLD because they are bathed in palm oil?

" that's lots of foods including fast food too…better hunt rats fresh ;) Neighbor's cats keeps killing mice, birds etc and bring it to my front door, I was wondering to add it to the stew for protein, its fresh and organic
