Word of advice unless youre living meal to meal id highly suggest you not broden up, there's a reason these are not flying off the shelves as more and more young people are diagnosed with NAFLD. Took me over a year of clean diet to bring myself back to normal as a previous instant ramen connoisseur . The medical cost and clean food far outweighted any savings i had with these.

  • Similar prices at Eastwood Korean supermarkets.

  • I got the black in date at Woolworths recently for $6 a pack when it was on a half price promotion.

  • Tried the cheese stir-fry variant the other day, it had the fake cheese colour but didn't taste that much different overall.

  • include some cut spring onion, half small tablespoon of vinegar, half fish sauce and one egg .you will taste differences.

  • +1

Thank u for the warning about NAFLD, Balls 😔 that shit sound like poverty tax supreme. It sucks being poor and having to eat the cheapest stuff available that also basically kills you while keeping hunger at bay for a couple hours. Aint no way to live.

<- ate instant ramen from age 10-21 every day for breakfast w no other option

  • What goes off with these noodles? Are not these noodles get treated with Formaldehyde? Last ages…..

  • Thanks for the PSA on NAFLD. Happened to be bored and clicked to read the description.

How certain are you that the instant noodles contributed to NAFLD?

Do you think the noodles cause NAFLD because they are bathed in palm oil?

  • "studies suggest that higher consumption of ultra-processed foods, which includes instant noodles, is associated with an increased risk of NAFLD. " that's lots of foods including fast food too…better hunt rats fresh ;) Neighbor's cats keeps killing mice, birds etc and bring it to my front door, I was wondering to add it to the stew for protein, its fresh and organic
