(I'm not sure if this has been posted before or not)

So a little while ago I signed up for the T2 Tea Society because I shop there on occasion and unexpectantly they sent me two samples of tea along with my membership card.
I received a sample of Gen Mai Cha Sencha and French Earl Grey. They're both loose-leaf and not in tea bags. There's probably enough for 2-3 cups in each little sachet.

Could be worth while if you're keen to sample some tea? By the way, it took about a month to deliver and by that time I forgot I even applied for the card so it was a bit of a surprise.

    Tea samples (enough for a few cups) have always been free from T2 for me instore. Just ask for a sample or 4.

      They don't allow that around where I live. Instead, they have jugs of tea for you to drink instore. You can have as much as you want, but most people don't have more than one cup (and it's a tiny one).

        They have jugs of tea instore here too but when I went with a friend she asked for a sample she could take home (of some other flavour they didn't have in a jug) and they gave her a couple.

          great thing about one of the T2s i went to is that they made iced tea on a hot summer's day instead of having hot tea for sampling.

        the T2 I go to always have at least 4 types of tea available ( 2 hot + 2 cold) and I always try all 4!! after that I don't ever need to buy tea from a coffee shop where they put a no frills teabag into a cup of hot water and charge you $3.5! I've never got any take home sample though, so thanks for this post!

      Same here. Especially if you buy something they looooooooad you up with free samples. Seriously, I think I walked out with like 9 or something last time.

      Also, bought a teapot, the handle cracked off the lid in the first couple of months, they just went and grabbed me a spare, just like that! Who warranties pottery? They're good people :)

      The sample thing works, I've bought most of my teas because I liked the sample.
