    • Doesn't seem to stack…. :(

    Ends 28 Feb?

Not eligible since I had a 6 month offer before 🥲

      • You need a CommBank card to sign up. I'm also not able to get the link, when I click "Claim offer," it automatically opens the Uber app.

        • -3

You have to disable the uber app. The unique link will open in a webpage.

I have a commbank card but i dont have the offer

          • @easternculture: The option to disable the Uber Eats app is not available. I tried to use "Force stop" as well, but it didn't work.

            • -1

@jimojr: Uninstall uber eats app or use secure folder (samsung phone) lol.

Quite possible its a generic link (hence they are forcing it via UE app)

              • +1

@easternculture: Alot of effort to go through to be generous! Maybe tip them $5 for the trouble or buy em a coffee.

@moo: Thank you for saying that. No need, many people in this community have helped me too.

                • -1

@moo: Maybe thats you. When someone pms me i go over and beyond to help them as much as i can.

You shouldnt be helping someone because your expecting something in return.

                  • +1

@easternculture: You are the who is requesting for someone’s code. I am just stating that a little gratitude goes a long way, especially if they have to delete the app, get the code and reinstall the app.

                    • @moo: You will find that most people are just fine with a simple thank you.

Is your previous 6 month offer still active? I found I got that previously and the day my old offer ended I was now eligible for the new one

    • +3

it ends Feb 2026 so just wait until your current 6 month offer expires, and then renew with this one.

    • I got a second 6 months free offer applied on my account. My previous 6 months just ended a few weeks ago. Received another offer and it applied.

  • 3 months here. I’ll take it. Thx

  • 3 months and $15 here.

    3 months and nothing else

    Thabks anyway

  • How you get diamond yello combank

    • +4

      10 Home loans

      • Or one massive one

    • It seems Diamond is discontinued, which was part of the wealth package (has 'no longer for sale') - https://www.commbank.com.au/personal/home-loans/your-home-bu…

Although Ultimate card has some benefits over the Diamond card, such as no international fees, but need to spend $4K a month to avoid $35 monthly fee - https://www.commbank.com.au/credit-cards/ultimate.html

      • There is a diamond tier commbank yello atleast that’s what it says on my app

        • +2

Ah thank you, i never noticed this before, as their Yello section in the app has a very unusual navigation and layout.

So on searching further the Diamond for Yello, nothing to do with the old Diamond credit card, just the same name used.

          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/905059
          "Yello Basic - 5 transactions.
Yello Plus - 15 transactions and $500 in an eligible balance for any 15 days
Yello Gold - 15 transactions and $50,000 eligible balance for any 15 days, or home loan under $1,000,000.
Yello Diamond - 15 transaction and $250,000 eligible balance for any 15 days, or home loan over $1,000,000"

Thanks OP, got 6 months and $30 credit.

    • Me too, clicked the link but denied on the uber eats app advising I had already had promotion previously. May try again with partner's uber account later.

  • Thanks got 6 months and $15 credit

  • 6 months and 30 here

  • Thanks OP, got 6 months and $15 credit

  • No offer for me from uber, although im a new commbank customer and might be in the wrong place. Im under the Yello tab and can only see the Ampol/Star Cashwash offers

  • It says "You already had a membership"

    • I already on 90% off for 3 month starting on 18 June. So i suppose I can try after 18 Sept.?

  • +1

    Got 3 months, no credit

  • Ends Feb 28.. Not eligible since offer from Stan is still active until Oct. Have to wait.

  • I got 6 months and $15 but can't redeem it because I've had a free trial…

    • :o generous. But that sucks

    • +1

Wait for it to expire, offer is valid until Feb 2026

  • +1

Looks like I got the bare minimum of 3 months and no credit. Perfect timing though as my last promotion ended just a few weeks ago

  • How can I get eligible for Yello? I’m not eligible although I use step pay etc .. do I need a credit card?

    • Debit card will be sufficient.

    • +1

For me, the easiest way was to open a Smart Access account. Put $2k in the account each month to avoid fees (it doesn't have to stay there). Separate to that is 5 transactions per month on the debit card to satisfy the criteria for Everyday Yello (the lowest tier)[I use Apple Pay to top up a pre-paid visa associated with a members club, 5x $1 transactions on the same day]. If you open an account in June, do 5 transactions in June and another 5 in July, you should have Yello by August. I disagree with CommBank on how the T&C's should be interpreted but that's what I was told earlier this year.

      CommBank Yello, scroll to eligibility
      Yello T&C's

      For Smart Access

No monthly account fee if you deposit $2,000 each month or are under 30 or meet other conditions1

  • Anyone want to see if the link is generic?

    • Considering the deals are different I doubt the links are the same.

    • See my comment further below - I think it could be generic and tested it and worked on 2 separate brand new accounts

  • +3

Can we add the following into OP:

Important: Set a reminder to cancel Uber One about 3 days before the last day of your last free month to avoid the recurring payment which Uber might not refund at their discretion.

Been burnt by this before thinking I could cancel the day before.

    • +1

I've cancelled mine a month before it ends and the benefits does not get removed. The free membership is treated as prepaid.

Similar to Amazon prime. You can cancel but any prepurchased benefits still applies until it expires

    • +1

With these offers or free subscriptions I always set a reminder on my phone a week or two before the free offers expires and then cancel when I get that reminder.
Also a lot of these offers you can cancel as soon as you activate, you will get a message your service has been cancelled and you can enjoy your service to XXXX date which is when the offer would have expired.

  • +2

Got 3 months with NO credit.

Again CommBank Yello’s highly targeted deals.

Might want to do a poll on who got what and see some statistics to see if this is true.

  • Thanks OP. I have 6 months and $15 credit. I can see $5 in the account already.

  • Yep, 6 months and $15 credit. Have to wait until the Stan offer expires in September before I apply this.

  • I got it (6 months + $15) but I'm on the $10 deal until March 2026 so I'll have to set a reminder to cancel in Feb and then subscribe.

  • Targeted… nothing for me :(

I used Uber a few weeks ago, so I guess they checked my spend history and realised they didn't need to encourage me.

  • 3 months & no credit.

  • 4 months & no credit

  • 6 months and $30 credit thanks OP

  • got 4 months w/ no credit. free is free

  • Mine says "Somethings gone wrong" when I select it…..any ideas?

    • says update you app

      • that link i provided was edited, thats not the real link

just confirmed it seems its not generic and unique tied to the account

but if someone with a lower tier can try putting their offering ID to see if they get the diamond offer

  • RIP got nothing
