Hope everyone's staying warm! My fingers are struggling, so perhaps I should type this a bit faster :)
We've heard the feedback and are delighted to have an Ethiopian back on the offering list. This washed coffee should put a smile on everyone pulling it as an espresso or long black. For those who prefer a natural, we've brought back an old favourite from Rwanda - I love jammy coffees like this with milk - but hey that's not for everyone :)
For the filter crew, we've got a fairly unusual Anaerobic process - Honey! No honey involved (Honey just refers to the way it looks while in the middle of processing), but it does have a sparkling finish that'll sure keep the funky lovers entertained :)
