Hope everyone is doing well as we head into the winter months. Hopefully we've got a few things to make it a little more bearable.
We're giving some extra attention this month to Atypical's Candid blend. It's still sweet and balanced, but with a little fruity edge as well to keep it interesting.
We've also got a favourite for the filter drinking crew - Ethiopia! This coffee has been sourced by the world renowned Alo Coffee group from Bona Zuria in Sidamo. Hopefully this lights up your pourovers, batchbrewers and gasp cold brewers(?!).
On the espresso bar, we've got a really enjoyable washed coffee from Sulawesi in Indonesia. This one is more geared towards black espresso - but the results with milk will be a bit of fun.
For everyone else looking to play it a little safer, your milk based drinks are going to be a lot of fun this month as we bring back the whole line up of Proud Mary blends. IYKYK, but if you don't why not give it a go!
