According to reviews (CNET Plattan, CNET Medis the sound is not particularly great but if you're after something that's cheap, colourful and stylish, say for your kids, they might be worth considering.

Other features:
- Plattan model has a "Zoundplug" so another set of headphones can plug into it to listen at the same time
- Plattan model is collapsible, making it more portable
- Supposedly less prone to tangling as the cords are made of some kind of fabric
- Lots of colours
- All models have a microphone and remote

I'm aware they're around the same price on Amazon, however they can't be shipped to Australia.

  • Even at this price there are much better sounding and imo better looking phones than this.

    • Such as?

I'm sure its true, but give them to the kids. I mean, my kids are happy listening to their ipod nano speakers (gen 4)! What you really need to look at is how tough they are (which I cant answer)

  • These Superlux would destroy them for sound quality, and you can get them in wacky colour schemes if that's what you need.
