Where to Buy Clo2 for Odor Removal?

Any ideas where to purchase ClO2 for odor removal, cheaply? I'm trying to remove cigarette and dog smell from someone's car.

This stuff is great for removing surface-level smells, used it once to remove weed stank from a cheap used car, and once more to remove the smell of our dog from the back seat when selling it: https://detailingshed.com.au/products/p-s-odor-doc-permanent…

I don't think it would remove sunk-in smells like cat urine or spilt milk, but for the price and ease of use (literally just open it and come back in a few hours), I'd try it first
