I like this but $899 to clean windows???
I guess I said that about vacuums 15 years ago…
from all reviews that I read online, looks like it is the best in the market. if you have a house with a lot of windows that would make sense. it is battery operated but still attached to a cord to the "base station"
This is also $809 at Good Guys Commercial and has been at that price for a while. I got access through Origin Energy. I picked one up a few months ago and have it cleaning some external windows that are otherwise inaccessible — it fits through the gap.
I bought a pack of 20 extra pads for around $20 on Amazon.
The cleaning solution is expensive, so I haven’t bothered buying more. Instead, I use one of these two methods depending on the window:
1) I mix my own solution using deionised water, isopropyl alcohol, and some Dawn dishwashing liquid (from Costco), which I pour directly into the machine.
2) I buy this from Bunnings: Peerless Jal Window Wash ($10.49 makes about 100litres). I mix it in a spray bottle, pre-spray the window, and let the robot do the rest.Am I missing something? $499 on Amazon. I'm Ozbargaining from Asia, so I'm not adding a link
