Depends what game what resolution and what FPS target. If you want 1000 fps in cs2 then no. Otherwise you're fine.
1440 144hz so 144 would be gold but anything over 80 or so i guess. Usually play games like red dead and stuff. Not so much cs2 type games
Yep you'll be all good. red dead 100+ with some FSR I reckon.
ryzen 9600 (non-X) is ~$240 on aliexp (half the price of this!), probably much better value proposition for average home user/gamer.
7700 on sale is $220 and is as powerful as 9700x.

Is this store above board? They seem to have a lot of deals, I ordered the 9800x3d which said delivers today or tomorrow but it hasn't been shipped yet so I'm not sure how they're going to hit the deadline.
I ended up getting my 9700X and a Mobo through them. They seem to have decent reputation in ozbargain and both items arrived with no issues (still haven't assembled to see how well it works yet).
Even if it doesn't arrive on time, you should get it. I imagine they might just be inundated with orders.
