Ever wanted some kitchenware that looks like it belongs in a Wes Anderson film? Now's your chance

My toaster conked out and I started looking for something a bit better than average and landed upon these Picassos, available in a wide variety of colours that will make your parents look at you funny.

THEY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SPECIAL COLOURS, the regular versions (steel, black and clear) still cost $189

Availability is spotty as they all have different pickup points, I got mine delivered for $7.95 but some cost more if they are too far away.

Also available in:

Peach Parfait
Peppermint {light blue}
Melon Sorbet {cream}
Portobello Mushroom {dark with brass trim}
Damson Blue {Blue with brass trim}
Regal Prosecco {dark cream with brass trim}
Rosewater Meringue {Light Pink}
Sea Salt {Light blue with brass trim}
Tagine Spice {brown}
Saffron Butter

Also available for 69 is a Luxe Kettle in Light blue with brass trim, sorry Sea Salt HERE

(I think this is part of the Harvey Norman EOFY clearance)

Delivery to some remote postcodes is $24.95, and is $14.95 to elsewhere in Australia.

    For $189 this toaster better pinch my butt and call me cute in the morning.

    • best it can do is 'gday, you alright'

  • That yellow toaster oddly looks like a minion.

    • Ahh papoy papoy!

    I have the black one of this toaster. Very solid and very aesthetic for your kitchen

  • I coughed a little when I paid full price earlier this year for one…. Still early days but it cooks better and faster than the Delonghi it replaced..

    I’ve had this guy for years, it toasts. I like the ‘a bit more’ button a lot. Not a fan of very faint whine it makes when toasting, it is only noticeable on the quietest of mornings when standing right next to it though. 8/10 Would buy again. (The matching kettle makes a really satisfying ‘ding’ when boiled, which is actually how I ended up with the toaster)

    • I bought the toaster on clearance for $50 and then the Mrs decided she wanted the matching kettle. Which was full price and also out of stock locally, incurring me an exorbitant postage cost on top of the already eye-watering price of the kettle. So you and I are keeping the universe in balance.

    • No stock anywhere near me (3978) and $30 delivery?? wowsers

    Depending on colour the delivery changes! Want the pink one but 25 delivery argh :(

  • No Kettles available?

    • Only the Sea Salt one linked near the bottom, the rest are 189 or higher

  • I have this toaster - I got it second hand 5 years ago. The cancel button only works 10% of the time these days but other than that a solid and good looking toaster.

  • Oos?

    Wow just cooked toast and was arguing with old man who is down about how good their toaster is vs ours
    Went to see what price it was and came to OzB to post this bargain

    Just grabbed one, not first choice colour but for this price 👍🏻
    Paid $140 after Covid for my folks for one given I got stuck living with them in lockdown and their toaster was terrible.

    Hard to describe how good this toaster is, cooks so evenly. It’s so much better than the other toasters I’ve had

    • Grabbed portobello

      Fan of the Tangine, the sea salt and the blue however

  • Put lemon on your toast.

  • Just got mine, few things I like about this "extra" toaster

    The led countdown on the front makes it good to know when my toast is finishing, not sure if the different bread modes (fruit,crumpet, etc) are any good tbh.

    A bit more button is cool when you need a tiny bit more browning and the cheeky lift and look is cool for checking without stopping.

    Hope you enjoy it just as much as I did

  • Got mine also, but cooks only one side of the toast…

      If it legit is broken on one side you should get a hopeful exchange at your nearest Harvey Norman. One of the only main good points is the large amount of stores they have. Proving it by bringing a piece of bread to cook in front of them.

      • Harvey norman is franchise so I don't think you can bring it to any store
