I believe this is the lowest price ever.

With the USB receiver, in theory it should work for phone, PC, PS5 (obviously), Switch or any handheld that accept USB audio.

Audio via receiver should have nearly no delay,.

Regarding Bluetooth:
"Bluetooth LE Audio connection (codec: LC3). Please note that the regular Bluetooth (Bluetooth Classic) codecs SBC, AAC, aptX and LDAC are not supported."

With 12 hours battery and ANC, probably great for long haul flight with gaming handheld + phone.

  I got these as a sony refurb a few months ago. Love mine. No perceivable audio delay so they work great for gaming when using the usb dongle. I did heaps of research into gaming buds with a usb dongle and the inzone's take the cake compared to the others imo.

  They do have bluetooth as you mentioned OP. Works on my s25 ultra. You probably need a modern flagship phone from the last 2 years or so that supports LC3/LE audio. The battery life and audio delay is also fantastic using LC3. LE audio is the future of bluetooth, I hope it catches on more.

  As a testament to the low latency, I have played clone hero with these and had no issues
