  • Big difference between this and the kmart version?

    https://www.kmart.com.au/product/32cm-aluminium-4-layer-non-…

    • They look identical

        They look completely different, might need to get your eyes checked? The biggest diff is obviously the handle but for the pan itself, the Kmart one has hexegonal pattern, far less amount of the whiter material (granite is listed in SENSARTE but nothing in Kmart) in larger uneven chunks. There's also quite a bit of difference in the marketing like the SENSARTE having a high magnetic base.

        I have both, they are completely different and clearly a different color as well.

    Non-stick coatings are bad for health better switch to tri-ply steel or cast iron.

      These days nearly everything is bad for your health if you have to much of it.

    @koplik8 Great find 🥳

    I bought this a bout a year ago and have been using it regularly since. It's probably the best frypan I have ever used and does a great job on frying eggs and only requires a tiny bit of oil. It's also extremely easy to clean, I usually only need to put a little water and a paper towel and it comes up like new.

    I also cook a lot of pasta sauces and sausages etc (I can cook 13 sausages in it, at a time!) and it does a great job, and because it has high sides, I can cook big portions, no problem. Plus it allows me to fit a full packet of cooked pasta (500g) straight into the pan, to coat the pasta in the sauce.

    IMO, you would be crazy not to get the big glass lid with it. It's only $5 more and allows you to cook a wider variety of things. One thing I often use the lid for is when frying onions, it will sweat and caramelise them in 1/2 the time, because of the lid.

    I got mine for $49 at the time, so $47 for this excellent pan is something I highly recommend👍
