Just spoke to Resmed about my Airsense 10 3G as it no longer sync to the app.
Looks like they secretly had a program to upgrade 3G devices to 4G and it just ended. Haven't even emailed any customers about it either. So dodgy.
My machine warranty is until 2027 but they are saying it will no longer sync and cannot provide an upgrae.
Anyone else in the same boat? Any ideas on how to resolve this?

That sucks. I never really use the app though so maybe hadn't noticed due to that.
Hi dude. No reason at all to upgrade to 4G unless you wanted to use airview or the app. Your therapy is still the same. Whatever OTA upgrades they sent out will probably have nothing to do with the device's clinical functions.
If you rely on it for interaction with your doctor, my advice would be get a used airsense 11 or rent it. Therapy is pretty much the same. You may not use the newest masks but P10 and n20 are still the goats.
I don't bother with the app, the screen will tell me what's going on each night and I don't get any value out of it.
If you really really want to know how your therapy is doing you can pull your SD card and use a program like Sleep HQ
