Those points are essentially a voucher. Fixed value in euro and redeemable for a booking in 1k increments.
so 3000 AL pts = $100 + 10k Qantas = $100
Total ~$200 value of the points.. not bad?

Had bad experience when redeeming free stay. First attempt in Tokyo, the hotel closed down permanently before travel date. Second attempt in Thailand, the hotel switched to another hotel group. Tried to contact the customer service and they were useless and unfriendly.
Our biggest problem was finding which hotels we can redeem and when, but otherwise no bad experiences redeeming locally - mostly Melbourne, a day or two in Qld. Red Hot Rooms at 50% off are great though.
Plenty of bad experiences trying to use the free stay on Product Review.
If anyone is looking at this deal Cashrewards has 8% cashback on Accor plus for the next 10 days. Unfortunately probably only works in Australian Accor plus site.
And not sure if it can be used with business explorer or just standard explorer.
