50% - 80% off Site wide + Delivery ($0 with $125 Order) @ BSc Supplements

90

BSC mid year sale.

Just goy their whey powder at 50% off, free delivery. They have lots of other supplements.

I can hear it now, BSC protein is a rip off anyway…. bulk nutrients already half the price……not the same, look at the ingredients. BSC is up there In terms of breadth of ingredients of what's actually in the product.

  • Grocery store grade supps 😭

  • $17.70 shipping to Melbourne for 1.8kg Whey protein,..no thanks….

You really need to be careful of the numbers. Yes, their protein is 28g per serve but that's in a 40g serving size. (70% protein)

AminoZ for example is around 27g per serve but in a 32.9g serving size. (82% protein).

    • VPA with 15% off tomorrow would be good deal..,25gm protein per 33gm serve

    • best metric I use is the amount of protein per 30g (per serve) of powder. Has been like this for decades on the brands I was using. Or better still, just look at the amount of protein per 100grams. I aim for no less than 80g of protein per 100g, 90g if its the unflavored variant.

You're correct, it's a deliberate ploy to mislead the buyer.

The $1 bars are barely worth it when shipping comes out at $35 for a couple of boxes

  • My son is getting into weight training and wants some protein, which brand is decent value but also not full of artificial garbage?

    • +1

Go aminoz or VPA.. though aminoz hasn't posted deal in last 6 months…..vpa has deal tomorrow

      • Should I get Creatine from here too?

        • Depends if you want to pay to more than double the market rate (and that's at 50% off) lol.

          Stick with something like this

          • @stuckster: Very much appreciated, thanks for the guidance!!

If your son is starting weight training I would concentrate on the training itself, routine and habit. I wouldn't even worry about supplements and everything you see. Your son will get results if he is getting rest and current diet is adequate assuming a meat based diet is. Once he plateaus and is in a good routine and wants to take it to the next level then you can start supplementing. Training is number 1, all this is secondary.

  • If you're going to get BSC go for Shred Protein. Wouldn't bother with their standard Whey. Even on sale it's a very average protein powder and loaded with sugar and salt.
