I'm tempted to trade I the new s25 edge as it's cameras are terrible and battery life used to be horrendous. The battery now seems to have dropped from 160% each day now to 50% each day.
Looked at trade in deal earlier today and it said $1265 for it ( only paid $298 after trade in).
multi store an extra $200 each item, still $250-$400 cheaper than RRP.

For me on the EDU portal the 5% first time purchase was auto applied at checkout, I’m doing it through my UNiDAYS account not sure if that helps

Call(not live chat) samsung online support they will give 5% off code for EPP or 10% for regular website. Just tell them some story you had code which no longer working bla bla.

Can someone guide me how to use samsung shop app for Westpac customers so that I get 5% off first purchase? When I click westpac rewards it is redirecting me to webpage not to the app.
For westpac, the 5% 1st time usage will still automatically apply on desktop purchase. But for special discount like this one, it may not work as the base discount is already more than 15% westpac epp

"I had to cancel my previous order due to an issue with the trade-in device. Now, I’m placing a new order for the exact same device, but I’m unable to use the voucher or promo code (LIVEGALAXY105) from my previous order. Could you please provide a new code so I can receive the same benefits as before?"
Straightaway, they sent email with a voucher offering 10% off, but when I applied it through EPP, it only gave me a 5% discount instead of 10%.
by the time I received the code, LIVEGALAXY105 started working back as well :)
can only suggest what work for me… support issued new voucher but had to bundled with trade in
