Maybe, one is $10 credit while the other is $10 off, though $30 purchase min so still a min $10 cost if both work.

I think they record the email address. Make up a new email address and keep all other data the same. I think it should work.

Very stupid web site design - won't tell you whether the coupon code is valid and accepted until after credit card is charged, so when you click okay to charge the credit card you have no idea whether it's going to charge the full amount or apply the coupon code. Almost refused to submit order because of this. It also would not allow cash payment even though terms and conditions state cash is okay.
Totally right! But the coupon did work at the end, after submit the credit card detail.
