Hey all,
Just wondering how long others have had to wait for their Temu cashback to track or be resolved via ShopBack?
I made an order around 3 months ago — around $300 total (one of those robot vacuums and some litter boxes). The cashback never tracked, so I submitted a missing cashback claim a few days later.
It’s now been over 3 months, and still nothing. The returns window has closed, so I don’t really have any options left at this point.
Would love to hear how long others had to wait, and whether ShopBack eventually came through or not. Starting to feel like this one’s a write-off…

I have had a Temu order not track with ShopBack. They initially declined by missing cashback claim for reasons A, B and C. I then disputed it and they claimed it didn't track because of reasons X, Y and Z (i.e. they changed their alleged reasons entirely) but then credited my account anyway as a gesture of good will.
