            But im arguing that it was in stock and time of purchase and in cart prior to completing order.
            But doesnt say it can't be used with other promotions

            • @blitzn: In cart doesn't secure stock. Many had the tablet in cart and weren't able to purchase as it went OOS on checkout.

                      @blitzn: You do realise people have to waste time to respond to you, whether samsung, consumer affairs or whoever you want to whinge to? Being in cart doesnt guarantee stock. Its that simple. Sure, the samsung checkout isnt great that it removed the oos item and still finalised order but samsung are happy to offer a refund. It's not like its on your invoice and they didnt send it.
                      You were late to the party and it was OOS so just accept it and move on. You're not even a CBA customer and had to use your mums credit card so really, you're even eligible for this deal.

                        @8azinga: No one has a gun to anyones head to respond to me on here. Im not eligible but i found a way to get the deal. Thats the ozbargain way. Most deals people arnt eligible ie student discounts. Dont come at me with eligibility lol.
                        Like i said before still worth a try to get the keyboard. Cant just accept all downfalls in life without trying to get that bit extra.

                      • @8azinga: I get the frustration as I had the cover issue too and purchased when the party was raging (wasn't too late). The cover glitch of it not showing up on the invoices seemed to occur between 8pm and 10pm and another user confirmed this by placing a second order after their first, which successfully had the cover. Those after 10pm definitely out of stock.

                        It is still a good deal regardless and there will be plenty of covers others don't need available to purchase on marketplace or similar. There is another case which seems more useful (if it ever goes on sale) - https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0DFCLLRL2/

                        • @blah-blah: Re someones 2nd order having keyboard, someone else may have cancelled their order so it became available again and they were lucky enough to get it or samsung may have found an issue with someones payment and cancelled their order and put it back in stock. There's several plausible reasons and we will never know why but cant assume anything.
                          Also, some people dont quote the right times for their orders. Im not saying its the person who got it on 2nd order but i know 1 person has definitely quoted earlier than they actually ordered.

      Price errors are legitmiate reasons to cancel and refund. Nothing you or fair trading etc can do. Mistakes happen and obviously wasnt intentional as you could see the bonus discount twice in the cart.

      Based on past experience, the refund is automatic and you don't need to contact them.

      I didn't get a cancellation email, but I contact them to see if i could get it urgently shipped, but it was already on a cancellation list and nothing could be done

    This didn't use to happen but guess because resellers use this site and has trippled in volume that pricing errors eill be cancelled going forward

      I've been on OzBargain for the better part of a decade and retailers have largely not honoured pricing errors for that entire period

          This deal was very different from the previous ones they have honoured, you have 15k clicks and 2k+ people waiting in chat all day to either try to put in a backorder or complain about the missing free keyboard.

          Some people boasting about ordering a bunch which actually adds on an additional insurance check for Samsung since on paper you're shipping a package with a value of 10k+ worth.
