Inverters other than Aurora or SMA or Xantrex, you are buying an expensive paper weight. IMO

Well unless you're home all day it'd be pointless in Vic with the 8c feedin tariff.
The reason they're selling this is so you're locked in to selling them cheap power whilst they sell it back to you at 4x the price.

Reminds me of those deep-thread tires being flogged on TV with "up to 80,000Km" warranty.

They can… depends on your daily consumption and also the amount of sunlight naturally.
We had a system installed by EA recently.
This is not the original EA it has been taken over by some other company.
They are only an office that farms out the job to any sub contractor that will take the job, they don't have install teams. As a result quality is of no concern to them.
Our job was given to a sub contractor in QLD by the EA Vic office. They then re contracted it out to some unknown mob from sydney. We are 160km from sydney!!
It took 4 months to get the warranty paperwork!!!
Avoid like the plague….!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW… The Samil is great and so is the 10 year warranty that came with it.
I thought the Solar System would have more energy than 2.64kw?
