I just received an email about this deal that is starting tomorrow so details to be confirmed.

      Despite others saying they've never had a problem, reality is that this isn't 100% guaranteed. And if you do have a problem, Shopback don't want to know about it.

        agree. Mine have been tracking ok recently but had a number last year not track and gave Shopback a wide berth for a while as a result. They aren't interested. Hard luck if it doesn't track.

      The rep on here used to be good, you could just DM @gotyourback and he'd sort it out. I think the account changed to a different person and went downhill.

      FYI always use the shopback app. Tracking in the browser is dodgy for BWS.

      Yup, mine on 28/05 didn't track, logged claim and no response. Then 07/06 also did not track and logged claim, and no response either. Shopback is seriously POOR.

      If tracking fails a response usually takes a month or more. They have to wait for BWS to send a batch-report (Plus SB has massively cut staff I think).

      I have never had tracking issues when using their app. I have never NOT had tracking issues using any other method. SB is useless for tracking unless you use their app.

      I did that and they said below. Im trying to follow up but this company is so shady and I’ve never had issues with cashrewards etc. I even returned my recent purchase from the good guys cause I’m scared they won’t pay that too..

      The card you use needs to be linked to your shopback account.

      Also dont use the card via paypal or google pay or any other third party. It has to be direct or tracking fails.

          Yes true. IMO they've gone downhill. I read somewhere they slashed their workforce by a large amount.

              I checked and they cut 24% of their workforce last year. But then a month ago, they apparently just expanded to USA. Coupled with their paid ShopBack Plus thing, kinda feels like a house of cards and they're trying to prop it up.

    I purchased a carton of beer on 12th April and the cashback never tracked. I submitted a missing cashback claim, but it's still under review. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting the process again and bought another carton on 7th June. Same issue—no tracking, and the second claim is also still under review.
    This has happened twice for BWS now, and I’ve lost confidence in the cashback system. I won’t be relying on it anymore.

      They've recently not been processing ebay correctly either. And they "resolved" a recent missing bonus by paying 50% of the lowest value in the range. Community needs to start negging all their posts. They can't be trusted anymore.

          you'll have to read the T&C in your SB app Earn More page for Westpac, for BoM its Apple Pay only, only on first transaction, card used for Apple Pay must be registered with shopback

    Already 30% off the RRP of the whisky I purchased as it was on clearance, and I got 1600 bonus EDR points worth $8, so I paid $54 for a $121 bottle of whisky. Happy with that…

      Yeah its ridiculous especially when they have already paid out on the ones (same day/deal) already. Surely the ones that were submitted as missing should be included in the same pay out or cross check reports for that sale. Makes no sense.

            @gazer: My BWS account needed password reset and now won't allow me to log in despite contacting BWS support. Apparently 5-14 days turn around from ticket lodgement.
