  Please make sure you enter the code and do not select GPay or ShopPay when paying via mobile as the payment processes before allowing you to enter the code. Lost out on a 10% discount and card.gift cannot help reverse the transaction.

    I entered the code and it deducted the $50 from $500 then i chose Gpay.

      Yes, you have to remember to scroll down to enter code. On mobile, you see the GPay option right on top and I selected that hoping to go down and enter the code but it completed the payment straight away

  Does this credit work when using Uber overseas? It says AU customers, which I am.

  Requires email address AND phone number to redeem.

  EDIT: They claim they need the data to activate your card, but they also just show you the code no matter what data you enter. You can just enter some nonsense email and phone number when redeeming.

  I ordered twice yesterday using 2 different emails, one came through immediately and the other is just showing confirmed. Now more than 12 hours still have not received the gift card. Can see the pending transaction in my card though. Anyone with similar experience?

        I called the customer line - they said there's a lot of orders and probably delayed in the system. But didnt quite make sense to me as another order I placed an hour before came immediately. So I cancelled the order and placed another order this morning. Got the confirmation email immediately and received tax invoice 1.5 hrs later with no gift card. Called customer service again and they resent the gift card link to me….
