Some helpful info:

  • You're welcome to place multiple orders scheduled for dispatch at various dates (delayed dispatch) to make the most of this deal, we strive to dispatch our fresh coffee within 72 business hours of roasting
  • We're happy to accommodate dispatch date and click and collect/pickup changes, you just need to select a new dispatch date either via clicking the "Edit or View Your Order" button in the order confirmation page or simply logging into you Lime Blue Coffee account at least the day before the current date you have selected for your order
  • One dispatch per order
  • Please ensure you use the "shipping" dispatch date selector on the cart page if you'd like your order delivered to you and that you use the "click and collect" date/time selector if you'd like to pickup your order. If you plan to pickup your order please ensure you select the "pickup in store" delivery option on the checkout page, as this not only eliminates the shipping fee for you, but also allocates your order to the click and collect system we have in place, so it means you'll receive different notification messaging to assist you towards a smooth pickup experience
  • Any existing orders are unable to be changed from delivery to click and collect due to the different tech systems in place
  • If you select 500g as a quantity please ensure you also select 500g as the packaging option. If 500g is selected as a quantity with 1kg as the packaging selection the product will show as "unavailable"
  • 500g bag packaging (it's resealable) is also available for orders larger than 500g this is an extra $4.80 per kg including the discount (normally $8 extra per kg) to cover the extra bag/s, label/s and time it takes to pack
  • Complimentary gift notes can be submitted via a reply message to your order confirmation email
  • The largest bag size we use is 1kg and it has a zip (it's resealable), for example if you order 4kg with 1kg packaging you will receive 4 x 1kg bags, you will not receive a single huge 4kg bag

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $69. For example, 1x1kg Brazil São Paulo Single Origin + 1x1kg Swiss Water Process Decaf via this deal is $69.30 and 4x500g bags of any coffee featured in this deal is exactly is over $69 thus both examples unlocks the highly sought after FREE SHIPPING. Morning @jv never hurts to query things, always better to ask than wonder!

I can promise you no coffees featured in this deal have had any price increase since yesterday be it regular or discounted price. Our main event super deal of recent did not include Ethiopia or Costa Rica as I thought they were completely sold out before a recount changed my mind. During our super EOFY event our Brazil, Decaf and Half Strength Full Flavour Brazil were all available at the exact same prices as they are in this deal. I think the main difference which led you to believe the prices went up was the fact that during our main event EOFY you could score our Peru Single Origin for a 60% saving making it only $22.32 per kg for that particular coffee. All that said, as per my price increase heads up post in April, prices will need to go up a bit throughout the year,. Hopefully this clears things up and we're back on the same page now :)

Thanks for the clarification, Tom, I appreciate the honesty you bring to your deals.

No stress @Chazzozz for me that's the best way to communicate. It takes out the guesswork for customer to know what's actually going on and for me to know if I'm in their good books or not. Also life throws enough curveballs and time zips past so quickly I think making up stories just adds an unneeded spanner in the works because then you need to remember where the story's at to keep telling it. Whereas telling it as it is, for me means there's one less thing to remember as I don't need to backtrack a story, I can just keep talking about the true current situation in the moment. There's also a number of other reasons I do it, but I feel a ramble about to begin, so I'll wrap up now…I think it's a win-win all around!

Once again thank you for your fantastic, continued support, it's truly appreciated and something we'll never take for granted :)

  • Hi Tom.
My question is around locking the discount price.

I just have filled my freezer from your order during last sale.
If I order now; and select a far off date; can I change that later to a near date when my existing beans might get over ? Also potentially might need to change delivery address as well.

Hey @bargainhuntr great questions and thank you so much for your recent terrific order!!!

You sure can, we have some nifty post purchase edit tech which put you in control of editing your order as needed after it's placed, be it changing the address, dispatch date or what product/s are in the order :)

  • Ethiopia Sidamo - SO is an absolute fruit bomb rated at = 1 on fruit to chocolate scale lol

Previously, I bought a Papua stuff which was fruit, and when I put milk it had all sorts of tastes and smells :D I like the fact that coffee is coming from Ethiopia, sounds ancient, but how can I enjoy Ethiopian coffee in milk? Is there anything for me from Africa?

Sorry I missed the previous deal which had I guess 60% off :s I was still running through my ALDI beans :)

    • Hey @sqheaven terrific to hear this deal's caught your attention and it is indeed a super fruit bomb!!!

You're of course welcome to add milk to it, it's just that we recommend enjoying it black. In this instance the flavour won't really clash with milk, but as it is a lighter roast and a fruity coffee adding too much milk could overshadow the flavour. Ball's in your court to decide if you want to give it a shot or not. If not, our Brazil Single Origin featured in this deal is wonderful both black and with milk :)

  • Ordered on the previous deal only to find out LB use CouriersPlease for their “free shipping” …. sigh I should have checked. Fingers crossed my coffee even arrives before it’s stale, if at all. I wouldn’t have ordered if I realised. Nothing against LB but CouriersPlease are that bad I don’t shop with companies that use them.

    • Morning @LockedUpLotionClown thank you so much for your recent order, it's truly appreciated!

Feedback heard loud and clear. We continually keep a keen eye on delivery data for both Australia and Couriers Please. I do understand you may have had less than optimal experiences with Couriers Please in the past, however the current data shows 0.8% of issues with orders from both Australia Post and Couriers Please, if the data shows notably more issues with one carrier over the other then of course we will consider a change. The algorithm auto assigns the free shipping category to either Couriers Please or Australia Post. Just because you got auto assigned to Couriers Please this time doesn't mean you will be auto assigned to them for a future order as the algorithm changes based on a number of current factors. Don't forget if you have a strong preference towards a certain carrier, you're able to select that specific carrier at the checkout to override the auto assign system, all the costings and info of our current delivery system are outlines in our Delivery FAQ page, :)

  • I keep making orders but keep getting put off by the very intentional free shipping threshold making it impossible sometimes to get it close to the minimum spend…

You have to buy at least 3 bags. Two of the expensive one will put you $2 below.

    • Hey @swamp potato always better to double check than wonder!

You are correct that the $69 free shipping threshold is intentional, as I believe all business decisions should be made with intention, otherwise the business is flying blind and could quickly get in strife, which is a quick path to letting customers down and going out of business, neither of which we want to open the door to. However, if you believe the $69 free shipping threshold is there to make it intentionally hard for customers to achieve or specifically decided to game this deal, then there would appear to be a misinterpretation with our intentions. The $69 free shipping threshold has been in place unchanged for over 2 years across dozens of different coffees, I would have to be a math genius to make it just out of reach for that long across that many different SKUs and a math genius is something not in my wheelhouse. As per the deal post there is a path to unlock free shipping by purchasing only 2 bags "For example, 1x1kg Brazil São Paulo Single Origin + 1x1kg Swiss Water Process Decaf via this deal is $69.30 and 4x500g bags of any coffee featured in this deal is exactly is over $69 thus both examples unlocks the highly sought after FREE SHIPPING" and we do offer $0 click and collect as an option too. I hope this clears things up and that you know our intention is not to make life difficult or frustrating for you by offering something we know is hard to achieve, our current $69 free shipping threshold is the lowest number we can offer without making to too financially risky for the business while still being transparent with our pricing :)

    • Select 500grams bags it will put you over
