Note that the PS4 version (labelled "Ultimate Edition" and linked here) and PS5 version are 2 separate games/store listings, and are not cross-buy/cross-save (but both are the same price currently).
From what I have found online, the PS4 version will only run at 4K 30fps. The PS5 version runs at 4K 60fps and contains all DLC except for the Raidou costume DLC (which was also removed for the Xbox and Switch ports).
