Are online costco prices for electronics the same as in store? Or is it like other items where the online price is higher then instore?

From memory I think it was $219 in store, but can't validate that (so just linked online instead)

Generally not a huge fan of walled gardens but can't deny the convenience and quality Sonos offers.I personally haven't had any issues with the app and the speakers work seamlessly for me with Spotify.

If this is what you meant, Sonos does not support a home theatre setup using only Era 100 speakers and a Sonos Sub, without a soundbar. While you could technically make it work by connecting your TV's headphone jack to an Era 100 using a 3.5mm to USB-C adapter, this would introduce noticeable audio delay and you'd lose features like HDMI-CEC, limiting you to stereo sound. Given the cost of two Era 100s plus a Sub Mini (around $530), you would have many other viable home theatre options."

And still one of the best speakers in its segment.
I read an article saying Sonos is having deep discounts in the US.
article mentioned $299 for the Era 300 model. so that is around $460 Australian but when I go to their website the price is nowhere near that ($599).

idk how that works in australia but should definitely be cheaper.
they should also offer bigger discounts on the packages (2 speakers, 1 sub etc) but they don't.
instead if you buy everything separately at sale prices, it's the same price as the package. 😐🙇♀️ it's meant to be less!!
