Have been looking for a heart rate monitor that can be linked to my bike computer and found this Garmin model is on sale.

    I've had 2 of these, 1 was a warranty replacement. After a while the plastic part that holds the screw disintegrates….and eventually would let water/sweat in if you don't just tape the 2 parts together. It works fine, it's just that you'd eventually need to tape them together, plastic quality is not that good IMHO.

    • Thanks for the feedback, I will take note for that. Besides from this issue how do you rate its functionality? Has it largely done what it's supposed to do? I've seen a lot of complains about the cheaper brands' connection issues.
