Fired this off yesterday:
"I confirmed an order for 1 X $0 promotion for Eat Nowon the 15/01/13 I received an email a day later (today 16/01//13) detailing that the order was cancelled because of 'site upgrading' and to try again. When I clicked the link within ten minutes of the email being received the promotion had expired. I want my voucher reinstated as I was intending to use it tomorrow night for dinner. I am very dismayed as I did today's shopping planning around using my Eat Now voucher (I didn't buy some groceries I otherwise would have because I thought I was eating out with the help of Scoopon on Thursday night) Please look into this and get back to me ASAP. It was a $0 promotion so I received no refund. I am a loyal scoopon on member and have purchased multiple scoopons in the past but I will not be purchasing many more unless this is resolved. Kind Regards"
They haven't replied and now (tonight) my family is having two minute noodles for dinner.
By the way the $10 voucher starts in 6 days.. So wouldn't have been able to use it today…
