ExpressVPN: 100% Cashback on 1-Month, 6-Month & 12-Month Plans for New ExpressVPN Customers @ TopCashback AU

110

100% Cashback on 1-month, 6-month & 12-month plans for new ExpressVPN customers. Ends today 11:59pm AEST.

My Tips:

  • Cashback is for the VPN service only (no add-ons).
  • Use a new email address for ExpressVPN if you have bought before.
  • If you can, pay with a card without international transaction fees. PayPal may charge a currency conversion fee. These fees are not eligible for cashback.
  • If your order does not track or you're not happy with ExpressVPN, please cancel and request for a refund from ExpressVPN within 30 days under their 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • You can cancel auto-renewal after you have received cashback.

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is eligible only on 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Cashback is ineligible on all other plans & products, including any upsold items.
  • Cashback is eligible for new ExpressVPN customers only.
  • Cashback is ineligible on payments made with Crypto currency.
  • ExpressVPN is excluded from all signup and referral bonus thresholds. Reference the Tell-a-Friend terms for more information.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • ExpressVPN orders report to your account excluding GST and other taxes, and may show a further difference in purchase amount due to international conversion rates. This is beyond our control.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

  • Ooo this is lit!

  • Good VPN, although my tracking from last time didn't track, despite the click history showing. Still waiting to hear back from ExpressVPN apparently.

Sorry to hear. Missing cashback claims can take several months to resolve.

For non-tracking with VPN orders, it is usually recommended to cancel and request for a refund from ExpressVPN within 30 days under their 30-day money-back guarantee. Also suggested in my post description under "My Tips".

You can buy again after cancellation but use a new email address for ExpressVPN to be considered a new customer for cashback.

Yeah, should have done so, unfortunately life got away from me, and I didn't notice until too late. I have (perhaps naively) faith in the system to rectify it.

Regardless, the VPN has been pretty good, so there's little ground to complain

        • TopCashback seems to have the best customer support (with the rep TA) compared to the other cashback sites. Hope it will be paid.

  • Hey @trixieb - was wondering if I used the same card to pay for express vpn, I would still be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee? Just in case I need to cancel due to non tracking reasons? Many thanks for your help

Hey @AkuroPlays I haven't bought before. This is my first ExpressVPN post.

Using the same payment card is not an issue with PureVPN or NordVPN. It's probably the same with ExpressVPN. A new email address (not payment card) is usually advised to be considered a new customer for cashback.

  • Are the Premium and VIP tiers eligible for cashback or are they considered "add-ons". Also is it worth getting these tiers over Basic?

    • I can't find "Premium" or "VIP" tiers with ExpressVPN (unlike other VPNs). Have you got a link please?

Cashback is eligible only on 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Not the 2-year plan that pops up. The best value would be the 12-month plan.

The optional add-on(s) i.e. "Dedicated IP" would not be eligible for cashback.

      • This is what I see.

        • Thanks for the screenshot. I still can't find that page that shows the different tiers on my PC or phone.

Just checking that you are clicking through the pink button on TopCashback AU to the ExpressVPN website.

The Basic plan is for the VPN service only and would be the only plan eligible for 100% cashback. The other two plans have add-ons.

Also is it worth getting these tiers over Basic?

Sorry no idea if it's worth it.

If you bought the Premium or VIP plans, you will still get cashback on the VPN portion (minus add-ons).

          • @trixieb: Yes correct I clicked from TCB's page then "Buy VPN" in the top right corner.

Thanks for the response anyway it's all good I'll just get the Basic tier just to be safe.

I saw you mentioned the free esim from holiday.com so I assumed you meant one of the higher tiers since as you can see from my screenshot the free esim is not mentioned in the Basic plan.

            • @xers: As my ExpressVPN page doesn't have the tiers, I can only see the 1-month, 12-month and 2-year (not eligible) plans offered with the free eSIM offer.

I've deleted the free eSIM from my post to avoid confusion.

Mine never tracked from last promotion. Cancelled my subscription within the 30 day window and lost money due to currency conversion fee. Buyer beware

  • I am travelling to China. Keen to get a reliable VPN that can connect in China mainland. Tried NordVPN last time, it didn’t work.

Would this work? Or how can I make it work?
