ExpressVPN: 100% Cashback on 1-Month, 1-Year & 2-Year Plans for New ExpressVPN Customers @ TopCashback AU

230

100% Cashback on 1-month, 1-year and 2-year plans for new ExpressVPN customers.

My Tips:

  • Cashback is now eligible on the 2-year plans which would be the best value.
  • Cashback is for the VPN service only (no add-ons).
  • Use a new email address for ExpressVPN if you have bought before.
  • If you can, pay with a card without international transaction fees. PayPal may charge a currency conversion fee. These fees are not eligible for cashback.
  • If your order does not track or you're not happy with ExpressVPN, please cancel and request for a refund from ExpressVPN within 30 days under their 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • You can cancel auto-renewal after you have received cashback.

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Effective 26/06/2025, cashback is eligible only on 1-month, 1-year, and 2-year plans. Cashback is ineligible on all other plans & products, including any upsold items.
  • Cashback is eligible for new ExpressVPN customers only. Renewals are ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on payments made with Crypto currency.
  • ExpressVPN is excluded from all signup and referral bonus thresholds. Reference the Tell-a-Friend terms for more information.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • ExpressVPN orders report to your account excluding GST and other taxes, and may show a further difference in purchase amount due to international conversion rates. This is beyond our control.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

  • Oh, they offered this deal again. Mine didn't track from the other day - will give it another go.

Sorry to hear. Please cancel for refund with ExpressVPN. Use a new email address and you can get the 2-year plan (on offer this time). Good luck!

  • Just confirming if this is for 2 Years + 4 Months FREE? Billed $139.72 for 28 Months, then renews yearly.

As I can't see if it's a add on etc. or ineligible, I know Nord VPN automatically try to put add ons. Also says Discount applied: SPECIALDEAL

    • +3

That would be the default 2-year plan US$139.72 (with the bonus 4 months) eligible for 100% cashback. There is an "Optional add-on" for Dedicated IP which is not eligible for cashback. You can cancel auto-renewal after the cashback is paid.

      • Thank you for confirming

I just found out that you can only cancel auto-renewal after the cashback has been paid, this is news to me! I don’t recall seeing that anywhere when I signed up. I recently got NordVPN and I think I might’ve already cancelled the auto-renewal. Hopefully, I can reactivate it since the cashback from TopCashback is still showing as pending.

        • You would be fine. Other people who cancelled before cashback was payable didn't seem to have issues and were paid cashback.

"My Tips" are my suggestions. I mentioned to cancel auto-renewal as a reminder. As it's a large sum of money, I couldn't responsibly say to cancel auto-renewal straightaway in case of any issues.

  • This or surfshark? And how much would track back?

  • Last one never tracked for me with CR. Cost me $200.

    • FINALLY after months of chasing and support emails with ExpressVPN, CR has been paid!

  • I don't think it can be consider as free as GST is gone on tracking.

    Still a decent deal.

Can anyone confirm if this is able to avoid detection by China's great firewall?

If they can offer 100% cashback, your data is the product they're selling, no matter what they might claim. They are owned by an Israeli billionaire who didn't get rich by paying $1B and then offering the service for free.

Also this company requires YouTubers to read a script that includes scare tactics and lies, specifically claiming that your personal information is at risk, and it's safer with them than your ISP, and that bad actors can intercept your data, when 99.9% of the internet is behind SSL connections to prevent precisely that.

The only trustworthy VPNs are ones that cost real money, don't mass-advertise with dodgy tactics, and aren't based in countries that are part of (number)-eyes. Proton is probably the safest, and AirVPN also ranks highly on actual security. Mullvad is also highly recommended.

Paid US$139.72 (plus 0.00 USD sales tax/VAT) (~AU$214), tracked at AU$202.1 in one hour. 94% cashback

    • Tracked in about 35 minutes.
    • Bought the 2-year plan for A$215.55 (US$139.72). No difference to price when I chose a GST-free location (Christmas Island).
    • Cashback is $202.24.
    • Net cost $13.31.
    • +1

Yeah i got the same thing with net cost $13.31 via Macq bank .no fees "Right "

  • +1

Are people doing the Chrtismas Island to try to save GST?

    • +1

I tried but it didn't make a difference to the price as mentioned here. This is using the webpage that shows up for most people (i.e. 2-year plan US$139.72).

There is another page with tiers for the 2-year plan that may show up but not sure if it's current. Pricing is different for that page with GST-free prices when you choose a tax free location. However I'm unable to choose the webpage.

Cashback seems to be for the page that most people see i.e. 2-year plan US$139.72.

Papypal charged me $224.53 then cashback is $202.24

Unfortunately PayPal charges currency conversion fees as mentioned in the post description. However your card numbers are not visible and you have PayPal protection. I had used PayPal before for VPN purchases and was also charged extra.

This is my charge paying directly with a card without international fees. Cashback is not eligible on GST, currency conversion fees etc from ExpressVPN to TCB.

  • Just out of curiousity, does TopCashBack Payout work with a Wise account, using your AUD account details provided by Wise? I've got a Paypal too but that's also "NZ" technically.

Based in New Zealand myself but would like to know if anyone has tried this and it has worked

    • I couldn't checkout with either my Australian nor UAE debit/credit cards, every single card kept getting declined.

I then used PayPal UAE as checkout method linked to my UAE card and it went smoothly. Paid AUD equivalent of 155.77 and tracked 140.41, so I'm out of pocket by AU 15.36 (90.14% cashback). No GST, so looks like 10% is taken by PayPal and Express combined….I don't really mind paying $15 for 28 months of VPN, especially considering it's a necessity in certain parts of the world.

      • Ok, different to the question I was asking but thanks for the input xD Glad you got it sorted and yes that's not a bad deal

Probably best to contact TopCashback support in this link. You would usually get a response within 48 hours but it's the weekend and it may be longer.

@trixieb: Thanks for the link, i'll shoot them a ticket :)
