It's exactly the same quantity, having had both deals numerous times (including today). Maybe your store skimped on something?
Several stores lower the amount heavily during discounts. It happened to the preview ten for ten deal as well.
How can they lower it much? It's just 6 wings and a regular chips? Or are you saying the wings are smaller, because mine are pretty much always the same size whether 5.95 deal or 7.95.
