    I've been eyeing off these mixers for years but honestly kneeding dough isn't hard at all. . Depending what you're making, autolyse and fermentation can do most of the work for you. Mess can be managed.

      for baking, my use case for it is to half my baking prep time allowing me to simultaneously do other recipe steps between mixing, it doesn't solely just knead bread dough.
