Having been through this recently the only one would be Fisher & Paykel ~540L models. They are 688mm deep with a 30mm offset from the back wall required.
More exxy and different layout but the other option is Mitsubishi/Hitachi made in Japan models. They are 728mm deep but require no offset from back wall.
Been tossing up between the LG 635L (~$1500) and Hisense 634L (~$1600), both also plumbed.
LG is side-by-side, fridge side a bit narrow. Hisense is bottom sliding drawer freezer. This Westinghouse is slightly smaller but a true quad door and generally seen as a higher quality brand. Think I'll pull the trigger on this one.
In my case side by side freezer would fill lesser as is more organised.
I'd not buy side by side TBH, we use freezer much much less
Was looking at this one or the model which had the draws and ended up going the quad door. the added light in the freezer for late nite ice cream runs 🤣🤣.
Most places have it for around $2499 and rrp is $3299.
Harvey Norman have it for $1880 as well if you happen to have vouchers , but appliances online have free delivery
I've got the one with drawers. It's about 5 years old and the control panel on the top drawer malfunctions due to condensation running onto it. It switches to the coldest setting (-7c) so it ruined all the fresh veg.

What kind….. there are two main types. 1, plumbed into the building water supply. 2 humans need to refill.
Needs to be plumbed in, not a manual fill

Bought it, moved into my new house I built and I have a fridge connection that’s unused and the current fridge I have looks so small in the fridge recess I have, I’m replacing a 424L Bottom Mount Refrigerator with Smart Sensor System and Non-plumber Water Dispenser – SRL446DLS.
Should be a nice upgrade
