Got around $200-$500 to spend on a TV soundbar or any electronic stuff before September (gift).
Any advice?

FWIW I've had a good experience with the Bose TV Speaker, currently $293 on Amazon.
Not great if you want a cinematic experience, but definitely an improvement on rear-facing speakers - especially for dialog.
Agree with the Bose speaker for dialog. It makes it much clearer.
I'm happy with Sonos Beam gen 2, they've been around that price.
I do have the rears and subs tho
The Hisense AX5140Q looks pretty good for under $500.
5.1.4ch so should have a decent Dolby Atmos effect in theory.
Theres also the Hisense AX5120G for a little bit cheaper but only has 2 up-firing speakers. 5.1.2ch

That actually does look pretty good, but for something released a few months ago I can't find any reviews on it at all?
I have 2 of these

I am happy with the sound and quality. If you wanna check out.
I went to The Good Guys and there it was difficult to understand the sound as store was quite big. I told them what if I don't like after going home, and they they will accept returns within 30 days. I got it, liked it and never went back to return it.
Would you say they are good for TVs or for desktop setups?
I am using with my TV and Projector.
My room size for Projector is 3.5m x 4.5m. And it sounds great.
And like I said, if you are not happy, return within 30 days. No questions asked by them.
Jbl bar 500 is about $550
