I used the original FLEX deal while I was in Europe in 2023. Just tested and was able to redeem HALOFLEX using a new account and a new passport, so it would seem they are matching based on the passport number for anyone else wondering.

@nzAussie Did you download the correct app (Orange Polska)? Maybe the app isn't available through your NZ Play Store. I'd recommend creating a European Google account, add it to your device and search for the app again.
