These Smart Tag trackers use Google's Find My Device, but not sure if they use other Android devices to help locate it. Has anyone used these before?

Are Samsung trackers not good?
ThanksThey work fine, just that I want to change phones to a different android non-samsung
if anyone used them, please provide your experience
Just got them for 2 days, very easy to pair with Pixel 7 Pro. Turn it on and it's instantly recognised by the Pixel phone, reset it and it's also instantly recognised by Pixel phone. Fairly sure it can communicate with other Android devices other than the phone you are using for tracking, I will test this tomorrow.
The included strap is very awkward to put back in after you open it to replace battery or reset.
thank you for your patient reply, valuable info.
Bought a 2 pack, will let you know how they go
I'm curious too. I bought these MiLi ones off Kogan. They're alright, but they ring is very soft.
I also bought this Pebblebee ones which are way more expensive than what I would like to pay, but they've been very good.
replacement battery vs rechargeable..
I got given some Motorola ones for xmas…maybe use them one day (they are generic android)
Motorola ones are considered the best atm due to UWB support but their speaker is quite quiet. I'd pick replaceable battery most times as you won't be able to put rechargeable ones in luggage and at 1 battery replacement a year, it's cheap
Yes can confirm it communicates with other devices for location. Works about as good as Airtag so far.
This is piece of junk. You have to break the case trying to access battery
Would be great to hear a review on these. Got the Samsung ones but thinking of moving ecosystems and this would be a good replacement
