So I had a notification from ShopBack on my phone on Sunday afternoon offering:

This sounds great. We're contemplating going overseas for a holiday and I've heard it's useful for that. So I click through, have a bit of a read, it sounds ideal.
I start the application process - all the time in the ShopBack app, with the "Your cashback is being tracked" (or whatever it says) at the top of the screen. Go through the process and get to the "Device is not supported" error which I later found information about here
When I go back to the app to find the deal, there's no mention of HSBC anywhere. I had to go back to my notification history and take a screenshot to prove to myself I wasn't imagining it.
I try help on the ShopBack app and it gives me a horrendous AI that thinks I am asking why there are no HSBC branches near me and tells me it can't help me with that. I ask to be connected to a human and it says it will get them to contact me. It's now Wednesday afternoon and there's nothing. No phone number on the site to get help either.
I have had ShopBack+ since December which promised priority customer service… doesn't seem to be worth anything so I have cancelled it.
Has anyone had any luck getting a response from them? Anyone know of a customer service phone number so I can speak to a human and find out what is going on?
