With 2% instant cashback for purchases under $100 (up to $50 per month)
HSBC global debit card is one of the best debit card for day to day spending
IMO its valued even better than most rewards points earning credit cards
Currently, shopback is running a $45 cashback promo for any approved Everyday Global Account
Below are some notes about this card:
- 2% instant cashback are only for purchases on tap and pay (eg. apple pay / google pay) less than $100 (you can request for split payment in most merchants)
- it requires to deposit $2000 per month to the account, but you are free to withdraw out anytime
- HSBC global debit card has no international transaction fee, and can be used to withdraw cash from overseas ATM too
- the foreign exchange rate is slightly worse than normal visa/mastercard (I normally only use as a backup card while spending overseas)
This referral seems wrong, or is it okay to put SB referral for the HSBC product, given they don't have a referral system?
