No, but the NA server is solid enough if your on the east coast, just not exceptional.

Thanks for reminding me about a game I keep forgetting. Over 20 million players seems a lot when under 20K play it daily.
Its mostly played off steam, although the active players aren't exceptional compared to say 5/10 years ago. Its mostly chugging along due to no other mmo's combat really feeling the same, although I mostly just do it for the lifeskilling stuff.
Guild wars 2 is much better game and is also free for the main game .
I wouldn't touch korean MMOs with a stick. Unless you love grinding for years

I checked that player can be forced to be PVP after certain level.
Dying is a minor inconvenience, Most characters have an escape mechanism as well. There's multiple multiple realms to move to and just keep grinding if someones being an ass.
This game is the grindiest micro transaction hellscape on earth. It’s like if someone made capitalism but in high fantasy Korea or something 😩🤣
