      Same here, though there is an option to rejoin for free for 3 months. Requires a CC so just remember to cancel before it renews at $5 a month

      I'm actually paying $5 a month for it at the moment because I save much more than that when eating at one of the NRMA/entertainment card restaurants. Usually at least 10%, often up to 25 or 30%.

    I'm an RACQ member which is $5 per year, seems pretty much the same from the offers on the website.

    The NRMA park discount seems about the main benefit over the RACQ membership.

    I changed just email and it still recognised me. Same with address. Had to also change DOB in the end.

    Took a screenshot so I remember.

    I also did not receive the welcome email yet and it got confused because I used the same mobile - complained about "multiple records" and to call them.

    Managed to get in with the new member number and "forgot password" in the end. Still can't see how to set a password on the new account though.

      I've had that problem ever since I had a second or third membership. It's a bit of a pain to login but eventually it'll let you in.

        I finally got the welcome email and it directed me to set up a password for the new account.

        I also logged into my "old" account and selected "delete app info" to see if this helps stop any conflicts.

        Yep but from my last quick check (long ago) 10% off on their price still costed more than booking straight with some resorts. Someone said they got a cabin for around $80/night for longer stay and I guess off the town a bit. That's maybe what will look into on my next long stay trip.

      i've bought citybeach 8% a few times and it always goes off into some 'manual review' rubbish and doesnt get delivered until monday morning, the woolies/dans/wish are handled by a different platform and theyre fine

    I had it free for 3 months, never worked correctly kept saying ring 13 number and ringing thm still couldn’t sort the issue out and after trying everything they said they didn’t know what the issue was. So not worth the hassle.

    I'm an existing member and got the message to say not eligible.

    So I signed up using the [email protected] and just changed my surname to the first letter.
    I didn't get a confirmation email but when I logged in on my normal account I had the 12 months free applied.

      Similar happened to me. Signed up with a different email, received a text with my membership number to sign in, and then asked if I wanted to verify with my original account email address or mobile number.

    Anyone got the fuel discount to work in VIC?

    Tried for the first time earlier and it would not scan at an EG Ampol. I got the Woolies and in-store spend discounts but not the NRMA 5c. The girl said she thought it was not supported in VIC.

    The petrol station comes up on the app when I click on Find Fuel Stations.

      Are you saying the app tells you you get the discount at that particular EG Ampol?
