May be targetted, but can get a further $10 off using discount code CARD10 to get final price to $169.73

T&C says for first 33,000 redemptions or before 22 July using any NAB or Citi cards only but worked with a CBA card

    ¯_ (ツ)_/¯

    • Worked for me. Had to use a Virgin credit card.

      • redeemed code but no luck
using CBA cc early this morning

once again as I've mentioned many times in case anyone cares. you can hack these to run off USBC pd with some simple AliExpress parts. I've done this to two 533dcs

    • Is there a tutorial online? This sounds interesting

        i should make one

basically its a 24v motor inside
so cut some cables, add a 2 or 3 way switch, add a barrel jack

then buy a 20v usb c to barrel jack trigger

        job done

        • Qs: Which powerbank can output 20v via USBC?

Running a 24V DC fan on a 20V Power is doable but i think fan speed will be capped? if you just want a constant fan flow despite at low speed, sure.

          • @ezym0ney6: Yes fan speed is capped, but it's about 3/4 of the max fan speed.

pretty much any powerbank that can power a laptop will do 20V via usb-c pd

some will even do 28V ! but ofc dont use those :)

wait why would you want to do that anyway?

      But why?

        for camping
very handy for drying towels when the weather is not perfect
        for starting camp fires
for getting a breeze when a power point is not really accessible and you don't want to trip over power cables
for the kids swimming lesson change room
to help the kids in the car on a hot summer's day the first few minutes before the aircon does its magic
to help the kids in the car continuously when it's 43 degree day
