  • This vs liberty 4 pro vs soundpeats air 5 pro?

  • Same price on Soundcore website too

  • Thanks op. Been waiting for these.

  • I've had a pair for a few years now and love them. One thing that I wish it has was a 3.5 jack so you could charge and listen at the same time. I was defeated on a long travel experience.

  • Looking for a pair for the father-in-law who uses headphones while watching TV every night (via bluetooth). He has just worn through his second set of Edifier W860Ns. Sound quality is not the highest priority (just TV) but looking for something robust.

Any suggestions? Edifier vs Anker or any of the others listed above?

    • I have not used Edifier, but I love sound produced by Anker Soundcore series. Wouldn't be bad buy for TV watching experience.

      • Are they hard wearing? He uses them each night so they do get some wear. I was looking at refurbished Sony XM4s but read the hinges don't last.

    • +1

Might be worth buying something where the pads are easily replicable e.g it's compatible of standard replacement pads or parts are available to replace them.

  • Do these sit on your ears or around your ears?

    • +1

      Around ears

  • I'm taking a long plane journey and need some ANC headphones. These look great except for one little note:

"Note: ANC is not supported with an AUX cable connection."

Does this mean that, if the bluetooth connection to the seatback entertainment on my Dreamliner is not working, and I need to use the headphone jack, I can't have ANC on?

Does anyone own these? Can you confirm if that's the case?

Anyone suggest some other reasonably-priced alternatives?

    • +1

Get a AUX-to-Bluetooth dongle just in case? These can sometimes be good as they can provide APTX protocols that you wouldn't otherwise get.

      • I don't know anything about APTX but the bluetooth dongle is a great idea!
