I have one, thats correct. Unless you position it low I guess.
Hmm i saw youtube they included wedge base but onky left right not up/down.. hmmm should i cancel… i wish i have 3d printer..
How low you think so we can see the ground?
Basically, no, unless the parcel is left directly adjacent to/below the camera. About a metre or more away and you'll see plenty, both vertically and horizontally. Have a look at the parcel in this video 8:43 in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23PYZjj0YvQ
It is just out of video when he picks it up. It's a good idea to test your placement of the doorbell before you install it.Ok thanks from past experience amazon delivery guy always put packages very close to the door but i will try/test worse case will return.
Does the doorbell need to be on your door or can you relocate it? Mine is on a wall perpendicular to the door, looking directly down the front steps, so I get full advantage of the wide angle.
The D230S1 is a much better product if you can return the D210. Now $113.70 with Prime although you will probably want to add a micro-SD card. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/16712923/redir
@Igaf: Why its better? More angle downward? As this is the only concern i have. D210 is fine for the rest of its offering
@Igaf: D230S
Head-to-Toe View: With the camera’s ultra-wide FOV(160° Diagonal), Tapo 4:3 live view ensures users can check visitors from head-to-toe as close as 1m†, which shows more vertical details than other 16:9 doorbells'.ok.. hmmm… my d210 willl arrive tomorrow hopefully d230 still $113 by Sunday
or, buy both and try and return one :D
Major con is you have to charge it. Or apens $300+ for wiring
does this use the standard tapo app
Yes
Amazon has dropped to $75.05
One con is the wide angle is to side not vertical horizontal, so we may not be able to see a parcel left on the floor.
Is this correct?
