Same here, pretty disappointed. The best I can get is $1,991.38 with a $200 Eco‑Voucher and a $20 Galaxy eVoucher (boosted to $100) via the Education Store. Who’s dropping 2k on a Samsung phone?

I usually pay under 1k for Samsung flagships, sometimes even under $600 hahaha
@iforumos: Considering the raw chipset in the phone is $80usd itself and just the screen is $260usd.
Ask yourself if that's sustainable.
@iforumos: Fold never goes below $1k during pre-order, unless you are talking about cancelling the bundled accesories which are not suppose to happen anyway and Samsung has caught on to that since last year Fold 6(not all people are able to cancel their accesories).
I'm guessing you are looking to upgrade phone every 6months/1year without having to spend any money or even get some profit? In that case, I don't think you'll be able to do that with Fold 7 being $1.6k even after discount. Better wait for S26 Ultra or Pixel 10 Pro, if you wanna churn phone for profit.
Trade-in bonus and prices after discounts are a joke… gave me a chuckle. This pre-order is going to be a flop, the pricing is too out of touch with reality. Seems like it's the same for the rest of the world.
On the other hand, low sales will hopefully make them go against their precedent of pre-order deals having the best deal overall, and discount it heavily a few months in.

2 months ago had the first ever inner screen protector replacement (free by samsung, 15 mins waiting on the spot).
Apart from that, no issue.
I use case and applied screen protector to the outter screen
Trade in is $929 from a Fold 6 for me with a pair of Buds 3. That's slightly more than last year but still alright.
Wait for the EPP offers to come out and people start to sell them
I am still using my flip 4 and it is still going strong. I love it.
Gotta buy in at some stage. So Fold 7 it may as well be.
After they rolled out the $400 trade-in bonus, the biggest disappointment is there’s no BonusCare this year. Care+ costs $299, screen replacements are expensive, and the Fold/Flip screens are fragile
I'm kind of sad, I have a Galaxy Watch 4 and have been wanting to upgrade, take advantage of trade in + coupons/vouchers.
Instead the watch looks eesh to me, no great trade-in bonus or anything. Just feels a bit of a miss to me.
